Denver Home Sales are Up, Prices are Low

According to an article published today by the Denver Post, home sales in Denver have jumped a whopping 12.8% in September as compared to this time last year. The average home price is still at about $230,000 which is about 1% lower than we saw this time last year.
We are seeing a drop in supply and therefore demand is increasing. Rent prices are on the rise and interest rates are at an all time low.
