The Denver Dry Lofts is a Historic Building converted into mixed-use, with retail on the first level, and a combination of condominiums and rental apartments on the upper levels. The lofts are completely separate from the apartments, and require a different coded elevator system to access. The units feature high ceilings and lots of exposed brick. As with most buildings, the views depend upon the particular unit. There is a private rooftop deck above the sixth floor with a hot tub, if you join the “Hot Tub Club”. It has amazing views and is a surprisingly quiet and private little oasis overlooking downtown Denver and the 16th Street Mall. A very usable fitness room with newer machinery and a television is a part of the HOA’s.
