Ryan is passionate about new home construction and marketing luxury homes. He built his own primary residence in Solterra in 2010 and quickly took to helping clients get the most of the new construction process. Ryan has represented buyers that range from dirt-start custom builds to large-scale builders such as Cardel and Toll Bros. A solid background in consulting helps Ryan ensure his clients select the best lot, floor plan, and interior customizations for their personal needs. Then, he uses his keen negotiation skills to make sure his clients capitalize on every available incentive.
Ryan initially started his career in technology as a Global Project Manager and a Software Consultant. Because of his project management background, Ryan knows how to minimize risk and professionally manage real estate transactions and contract deadlines. Further experience as a consultant taught Ryan that the process matters and his clients consistently appreciate his consultative approach to real estate purchases or sales. Ryan loves to educate his clients on the home buying and selling process so they understand each step involved and the current Real Estate market.
