Wilma Mullins is a true-born Colorado native with deep roots and an enduring appreciation and love for this beautiful, ever-evolving state. Wilma was introduced to real estate in 2004 when she found her paradise 30 minutes outside the city on the expansive Colorado plains; she purchased acreage and personally managed the building of her home from the ground up. “In today’s market, people are looking for a space that combines all Denver has to offer while also providing respite and retreat,” Wilma explains. “I love being totally engaged and involved with helping people find their perfect property; it’s a gift to be part of such a monumental event in their lives!”
A background in project management, nearly a decade of managing travel for a Fortune 300 company, and first-hand knowledge gained from owning a small business gives Wilma additional skills to utilize when relating to her clients and the marketplace. “In any industry, people are looking for top-level service combined with the best pricing; I apply both observation and great listening skills in order to tap into how I can best serve my clients.”
