In 2022, Neil sold his brokerage to Century 21 Elevated Real Estate allowing him to re-focus his efforts on helping his clients buy and sell real estate. Neil has consistently been a top-producing Denver Real Estate Consultant since 2007. A Colorado transplant from Ohio, Neil and his wife Tatiana have called Denver home since 1996.
Having initially jumped into real estate back in 2002 when he purchased his first investment, it was in 2007 that Neil decided to pursue his dream and become a full-time Realtor, dedicated to helping others manifest their dreams of homeownership. He and his wife currently own 18 investment properties in and around the metro area, and Neil has successfully helped his clients buy and sell hundreds of properties in his storied career. “I love helping people find their dream home, it’s fun, exciting, and extremely rewarding.” Says Neil. “I can’t think of a better career for myself, I feel so fortunate every day of my life that I’m doing something that I truly love.”

A client favorite, Neil loves living in Colorado and partakes in the usual outdoor activities including beach volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, etc. When asked to name 3 things you might not know about him, Neil responded with, “I’ve wrestled a wild Anaconda in Venezuela, lived with the nomadic people of Mongolia, and walked over 500 miles across Spain.”
