Built in 1997 this 30 unit loft building is located in the Golden Triangle Neighborhood of Denver at 290 W 12th Ave. Located on a corner just one block from Daniel Libeskind’s Denver Art Museum Expansion, Century Lofts Denver seeks to extend the evolving tradition of modernism in the Golden Triangle District. Century Lofts Denver for Sale are done in cast-in-place concrete with large expanses of glass and subtle shades of stucco. Crowning the Century Lofts is a frieze of hubcaps – homage to the neighborhoods roots.
