Built in 1908 this 37 unit loft building is located in the Ballpark Neighborhood of Denver at 1800 Lawrence St. The Isbell Lofts Denver is a complete renovation of the Isbell Kent Oakes Dry Goods building, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor active from the 1920s through the 1960s. Many Isbell Lofts Denver has new design elements that have been added to enhance the charm and character of the original structure.
